"Foaie pentru minte, inimă și literatură" ("Page for the mind, heart and literature") published in Brasov, was a Romanian cultural magazine, a supplement of "Gazeta de Transilvania" ("Transylvanian Gazette"). On January 1, 1838 it appeared under the name "Foaie literară" ("Literary page"), and on July 2 it reverted to its full name. The magazine was initially edited by George Bariț, and from 1850 by Iacob Mureșanu. The publication played an important role in the development of Romanian progressive culture. The magazine waged a bold fight against despotism in the name of generous ideas and enthusiastically welcomed the 1848 revolution. Among the personalities with whom he collaborated are: Ion Heliade-Rădulescu, Ion Ghica, Cezar Bolliac, Dimitrie Bolintineanu, Alecu Russo, Costache Negruzzi, Ion Ionescu de la Brad, Andrei Muresanu, and its distribution over the mountains was made possible by the bookseller Iosif Romanov of Bucharest.
