Original document, written in Latin, on parchment sheet measuring 64 x 38 cm, with wax seals and printed seal, tied at the bottom of the document. Relatively good condition, torn pieces at the fold of the document, acid ink that affected the writing medium. It has a frontispiece marked with initials made of gold, "Nos Susanna Lorantfy" by the wife of Prince Gheorghe Rakoczi I of Transylvania. The document was drafted by the Prince's Chancellery in 1652. With the handwritten signature "Suzana Lorantffy Rakoczi".
