An impressive map that describes the areas of Romania and Bulgaria, focused on the Danube river. This representation is based on an Ortelius map, the latter being based on classical sources. The decoration was made by Petrus Kaerius to highlight the great cities, mountains and rivers and has a cartouche that contains a title draped with wreaths, two putties and a ship on the Black Sea area.
