Partea superioară este realizată sub forma unei jumătăți de cochilie ce se sprijină pe o coloană care îl înfățișează pe Sf. Gheorghe omorând balaurul. Sfântul ține în mâna stângă un scut decorat cu simboluri heraldice. Baza piesei este decorată cu un bogat motiv vegetal stilizat.
