Artistul s-a afirmat ca pictor de biserici pe care le-a decorat, atât în București, cât și în țară, precum Biserica Belvedere din București sau cea din Poiana Comarnic, județul Prahova. Mapa cu cele șapte gravuri a fost publicată la editura deschisă de inginerul Ștefan Georgescu-Gorjan, colaboratorul sculptorului Constantin Brâncuși, și a funcționat între 1941 și 1948.
