Mediterranean, nuanced and resonant, the work of artist Ion Pacea will be concretized by the flavour and fullness of his chromatic palette. "Formed" around Balchik, where he will spend part of his childhood and where he will make contact for the first time with plein-air painting, artist Ion Pacea will assimilate solar features during his evolution. In oil, gouache or acrylic techniques, the artist will approach themes such as: portrait, landscape, still life or flower theme. The proposed proportions will be vigorously and permanently preserved and the play of volumes will enshrine the rules of a particular geometry. The balance of volumes will also be conveyed in the chromatic relationship, the colour worked in compact masses and in circular tones of a weighted lyricism. (G.M.)
