285. Lot consisting of three manuscripts about Nicolae Iorga, drafted by Remus Caracaș from whose archive they originate, 1940-1962

The lot consists of the following pieces: 1. Manuscript of an obituary written by Remus Caracaș in black ink on vellum sheets, after the murder of the historian, to be published in the "Bulletin of the Historical Commission". 2. Pro Memoria, including the holograph signatures, written on an envelope with the letterhead of the Romanian People's Academy, of the participants at the memorial of Nicolae Iorga, held at the Bellu cemetery in the presence of his wife, Ecaterina Iorga and some of his descendants, June 5/18, 1959. 3. Manuscript of a text about the biography of Nicolae Iorga, edited by Remus Caracaș in blue ink on vellum sheets, signed and dated March 1962.
