Charles-Louis Mollevaut (1776-1844) translated two of the works of ancient Roman historian Salustius, "The Jugurthine War" and "The Catalinarian Conspiracy", which appeared in Paris in 1809. The map represents the Roman Empire and was published as an illustration in the aforementioned editions.
