In 1864, Historian and art collector Dimitrie Papazoglu, the first historian of the city of Bucharest, printed the map of the District of Muscel, which was dedicated to high-rank nobleman Scarlat Rosetti. In its upper corner, the piece is decorated with the District's coat of arms of those times.
