Coşulet din cristal de formă semisferică este decorat cu o friză de câmpuri romboidale cu tăieturi mărunte şi palmete. Buza în montură masivă din argint este decorată cu o friză vegetală, având ansa tubulară mobilă prinsă în şarnieră.
