Caseta, ovală în contur, cu capac puţin bombat în montură din alamă prins cu şarnieră de corpul piesei, este decorată cu personaje mitologice puţin reliefate şi pictate policrom. Pe capac este reprezentată o scenă cu personaje numeroase, nimfe şi amoraşi ce o ajută pe zeiţa Diana să-şi termine toaleta. Pereţii casetei sunt decoraţi cu putti în lumea celestă studiind şi jucându-se.
