The object was exhibited at the Barbier-Mueller Museum of Pre-Columbian Art in Barcelona and was reproduced in "Pre-Columbian arts of Central America in the collections of the Barbier-Mueller Museum of Barcelona: Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama", 2001, cat. 30, p. 205.

Low cup, supported on a circular relief foot, made of three jaguars in a circle. The paste is light brown, with dark brown and red inclusions. It is covered with white slip, over which polychrome motifs were added to the exterior. Around the rim is painted a red band, followed by a black painted rectangular motif. The jaguars are painted black on the head and body, and short segments painted red were added towards the paws.
