Carafa are corpul piriform cu gâtul înalt pe talpă masivă și are montura din metal argintat decorată cu vrejuri de viţă de vie şi un personaj feminin nud ronde bosse. Ansa torsadată din vrejuri de viță are in punctul de prindere ciorchini de struguri şi frunze, iar dopul înalt este surmontat de bust de tânără.
