The Jaguar XJ40 was manufactured between 1986 and 1994. It was equipped with many more elements than the basic XJ6 model. The Daimler equipment variant also featured: mahogany tables for rear passengers, two individual seats in the back, rear window curtain with the same colour as the upholstery, wool carpets for the right and rear passengers, leather upholstery, electric and heated front seats, glass stand and glasses in the back, autopilot, air conditioning, headlights washers, sunroof, a six-speaker sound system, self-levelling rear suspension (SLS), anti-lock braking system and central locking. In 1993 it was granted the title of "The safest car in Britain". The batch is accompanied by the historical vehicle certificate.
