Patek Philippe watch, made of gold with rubies, hand-wound, for ladies. Manual winding mechanism. The dial is gold-colored with Roman numerals for 3, 6, 9, and 12 o’clock and dots for the rest. The original bracelet is made of gold, with a clasp closure system.
