General Constantin Beller was one of the Romanian officers involved in the process of reorganization of the Romanian army at the beginning of the 20th century. The cliché is kept in the original box of the Parisian photographic studio where the photo was taken. It was mailed to Romania; the postmarks and stamps attesting postal circulation are very well preserved.
