2 white pear-shaped freshwater cultured pearls, d1=9.6-9.72 mm and d2=7.51-7.62 mm, 2 round brilliant cut diamonds, J-K colour, VS clarity, ca. 0.04 ct. and 2 oval faceted rubies, colour red, fracture filled, moderately included clarity, ca. 5.42 ct.
