Obverse: Columnar legend in three rows: 4 AUGUST 1919 / CONQUEST / BUDAPEST, above two crossed cannon barrels, all in an open laurel wreath. On the edge is a linear circle.
Reverse: In the middle, within a linear circle, is a palm leaf over which is placed a plate containing three rows: REGT. 23. ART. / FROM / DIVISION I HUNTERS. Raised edge.
