Exemplarul reprezintă o hartă a Ungariei realizată de Abraham Ortelius, intitulată „Hungariae Descriptio”. În titlul aflat în partea superioară se amintește că baza hărții provine din opera lui Wolfgang Lazius. Gravură detaliată pe cupru, colorată manual după imprimare. Apar menționate granițele administrative, elementele hidrologice, orașe și forme de relief. În colțul din stânga sus se află stema Ungariei. Pe verso este tipărit un text în limba latină. Harta a apărut inițial în atlasul „Theatrum Orbis Terrarum” al lui Ortelius.
