The map is part of a small-sized atlas, so-called minor pocket atlases, "Caert Thresoor", published in 1606, with small maps, extremely well engraved and clear. The starting point of the description on the verso was the original basic text, taken over by Viverius, from the previous Dutch editions, 1598 and 1599.
