Traian Vuia thanked Petru Groza for announcing his election as an honorary member of the Romanian Academy and expressed his joy to meet the prime minister at the Paris Peace Conference. Despite his relaxed and friendly attitude towards Groza, which emanates from the letter, Traian Vuia did not leave France to return to a Romania that had fallen under Soviet Union control. The letter is typewritten, dated, and signed. At the end of it, Vuia added a handwritten passage, written in blue ink.
