The specimen is part of the historic images series published in Iași by Gheorghe Asachi starting from 1833 within the Institute (typography) Albina, founded by him, which printed, among other things, the first newspaper in Moldova, Albina românească. On the verso, there is an ex-libris of the collector Dr. Mircea Petrescu.
