The album, which is elegantly bound in green leather, having the state coat of arms on the main cover, comprises 51 colour and black and white photographs made during the state visit of the Romanian delegation in the Federal Republic of Germany, between June 26th and June 30th 1973. The images captured all moments of the visit, starting from the official reception at the airport by the German President Gustav Heinemann, to the political meetings, the visits made to several German companies or the meetings with representatives of the Government and Parliament, together with whom bilateral treaties were signed. The program included, also, visiting the Opera and Museum of History. In the photos appear important personalities of the German political life, such as Chancellor Willly Brandt and leaders of the communist regime from Bucharest. The album represents a protocol item published in a very restricted print run, which is searched for by collectors nowadays.
