Possibly belonging to Prince John-Nicholas Ghika (1928 - 2003). The quadruped is of the "Peruvian hairless" breed. It also presents a silver collar with the inscription "The dog belongs to Prince Ghika - 15 rue de Presbourg" (Paris).
