The Pious Saint Paraschiva is placed in an imposing chair, decorated with classic motifs rendered in silver. The Saint holds the martyr's cross with her right hand, and her left rests on her thigh. She is dressed in a blue dress, embroidered with gold at the neck and sleeves and with a braid at the waist. She has a golden belt in the middle. The head and shoulders are covered with a purple maforion decorated with red flowers, long, draped in creases to the feet. She wears a halo around her head and a golden crown on her head. An angel flying over clouds spreads a wreath. The background of the icon at the top is painted in blue-grey and the bottom in green. The profiled frame applied to the icon is painted inwards with silver and outwards with red.
