Reverse: Circular legend from right to left: LORD STEWARD OF THE WHOLE ROMANIAN COUNTRY. Central legend on four rows: FOR HIS DEVOTION/HIS SACRIFICE/1851. Above is the illuminating Delta. Beneath the legend are two branches of oak and palm tied with a ribbon.
