In the middle is a candelabrum with a lit candle, flanked by a trowel and a hammer. The two characters are looking towards the altar in the second plan, flanked by the two columns J and B. Between the columns is an altar with a Sphinx, Moses is next to it. Above the column J, a shield with the coat of arms of Italy, above the column B, a shield with the coat of arms of Romania. On the front of the Temple, between the shields, is a semicircular legend: L.:ROMANIA/C:O.:I:.. Under the she-wolf, at the bottom, is the engraver's mark AWES MUNZE BERLIN.
