With a realistic thinking, the artist Baba will be the owner of an unlimited register of understanding plastic values. Regardless of the manner or trend, this will offer the realistic notion a broad sense and a rare complexity, while the visual contact will be related to the exterior aspects of nature and, implicitly, with plastic representations. He will assign this realism its own universe, which will rule and govern the creative spirit, as well as its reflections. With a sporadic presence in his creation, the compositions with flowers will feature pure chromatic values, within which light will play an important role, producing delusions of reality and reducing the motives to the impression of the form, which, on its turn, will dissolve into penumbrae. The coloured harmonies are tempered by warm, sometimes opulent tones, as well as by grave chords, which picture original image compositions, treated by the painter with an instinctive safety and modesty, which emanate from the measure and attention that he usually pays to the essential.
