The plaque has the shape of the entrance into the Temple. In the foreground, two young women (Romania and Italy) have the Lupa Capitolina at their feet, in the middle a chandelier with a lit candle, flanked by the trowel and the gavel. The two characters gaze at the altar in the background, flanked by the two columns J and B. Between the columns there is an altar with the Sphinx, and Moses on the side.
