Dimitrie Papazoglu, first historian of Bucharest, and collector, printed in 1864 the map of Râmnicul Vâlcea county dedicated to deputy Gheorghe A. Olănescu. In its upper corner, the piece is decorated with the District's coat of arms of those times.
