Description
Sebastian Greceanu (?-1934), a career diplomat, was the General Consul of Romania in Odessa during World War I and the military confrontations against the Bolsheviks led by Cristian Racovsky who had joined the revolution led by Lenin. He appears in a vintage photograph wearing the diplomat's uniform in great attire, but decorations, bicorn and sword.
