The item is part of a luxury edition published in English specifically for the United States of America. The work was intended to be a propaganda in favor of Greater Romania after World War I. On the main cover is the country's state crest and the spine is divided into six cartridges richly decorated with stylized vegetable elements. The item is the 19th out of a total of a hundred. On one of the blank leaves at the beginning there is a large holographic dedication, dated and signed by the publisher Maria Ionescu. The original case is preserved.
