"Rejoice" is the message with which the Angel greeted the Mother of the Lord, bringing the good news, the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ, the very Foundation of Joy. This "rejoice" is a command given as a gift from God to us humans. The joy of being alive with the soul, is often confused with the "joy" of the body, pleasure.
