Ary Murnu created these two posters at the request of the Ministry of Air and Navy, Air Secretariat. The figure of King Carol II appears in the central plan, once flanked by the coats of arms of the historical Romanian provinces, the second time by a soldier from the First World War, by scouts and a family of Romanian peasants. In his youth, Carol had been the first commander of the scouts in Romania. These two posters are part of a very limited test run, without the text from the lower central part.
