The text represents the speech that Pericle Martinescu should have given at Brasov on the occasion of a commemorative meeting dedicated to Panait Cerna. The author also kept a few newspaper clippings about Cerna. The pages are, some vellum and others from a math notebook, and the writing is drafted in pencil and black ink. The numerous interventions on the text show us the author's workspace.
