A lucid constructor of the image, Ion Alin Gheorghiu creates steady art, his artistic vision being established over well-defined stages. One of the particular qualities of his creation will be colour, which will become a means to express his sensitivity and his artistic vision. A strong instinct of tactile reality will be accompanying him in the sense of the materiality of the object, suggested by its integration into a compact mass, with the rhythm of simplicity. Seduced by the decorative virtues of the objects, the artist often proposes stylizing, aiming to acquire solidity of construction and stability of the visual field. (G.M.)
