The Virgin receives the visit of the Archangel who arrives on a cloud cluster, with a lily in his right hand, while his left hand is raised, pointing to the Holy Spirit dove showering rays upon Mary. On the table, there is a phylactery with the text "Behold the handmaid of the Lord. Be it unto me according to your word" and a vessel with lilies.
