The plan was made in 1962 by the Institute of Studies and Design for Construction, Architecture and Systematization (ISCAS) in Bucharest regarding the new organization of the capital. We can note the details of the delimitations of different areas throughout the city and surrounding areas, divided according to various criteria, some related to economic development, others related to leisure, tourism and rest, green areas and living spaces. The plan was to be implemented starting from 1965. The large-scale board was made by hand (drawing and colour) on paper that is lined on canvas, and it constitutes the working copy.
