The Kaymakam of Moldavia, Nicolae Conachi Vogoride, renowned for his anti-union activity during the period precursory to the Unification of Romanian Principalities, signed the resolution meant to appoint a certain Costache Te(o)dorescu as stolnic. The document is original and bears the Kaymakam's holographic signature in black ink, and, on the left side of the text, the state seal in green ink, as well as the registry number.
