The letter refers to family financial matters, a planned trip, life advice that the father gives to his daughter. The epistle is drafted with black ink, recto-verso on good quality vellum paper. The writing is neat and orderly, without erasures. Certain passages have been subsequently underlined with pencil. It is dated and signed holographically by Theodor Aman.
