Informacije o istraživanju

So far there are 3 known similar icons, one in the Museum Collection of the Orthodox Archdiocese - Alba Iulia and two included in private collections. Two similar icons are published in "... Prin mine, Ioan Pop Zugravul” ("...Through me, Ioan Pop the Painter"), by Ioana Rusoiu, Elena Băjenaru, Ana Dumitran and Szőcs Fülöp Károly, Alba Iulia, 2008, p. 155, pos. 178 and 179. A similar icon is published in "Colecția Mușat: O geografie spirituală a icoanei pe sticlă transilvănene” ("The Mușat Collection: A spiritual geography of Transylvanian Icon on glass”), by Ana Dumitran, Bucharest 2018, p. 200.
